Sign up for a workshop on Board Member Advocacy

Board Advocacy Project workshops motivate board members to actively participate in public advocacy strategies that support the mission of the organizations they serve. Board members gain basic skills in advocacy and access to tools and resources to make advocacy easy and effective.

Our board member trainings are interactive and informative. We can come to your Board, organize a webinar or consult over the phone. We cover the basics and the advanced topics to be an effective advocate—from rules and regulations, to how to schedule a meeting with your lawmaker, to messaging that will ensure your opinions are heard loud and clear. And after the training, we'll continue to check-in with you to help maintain the advocacy momentum.
